6ft Straight Bar Quick Release

Though a tool of choice for competitive powerlifters and Olympic weightlifters, barbell training is the ideal method for both beginners and the experienced. A barbell measures the body's ability to lift pure weight and is a real test of strength.

Back and front squats, deadlifts, bent-over rows, bench presses, cleans, jerks or snatches, the 6ft Straight Barbell is tough contender for all of those exercises, constructed with durable machined steel and featuring machine cut knurled hand sections for a strong grip.

The spin lock collars ensure secure fitting and machine loading space for weight discs. As you progress, you can add further weight, go beyond your comfort zone and reach new strength-based goals.
