Speed Rope

Bringing back old school design with full size 'fat' comfort foam handles, the adidas Speed Rope is perfect to use whilst you are wearing boxing hand wraps.

Being adjustable in length, you can customise the rope to suit your style - short for fast and furious and long for slower but stronger strokes.

Plus, the integrated ball bearing inside the rope translates your force into speed, giving you both speed and strength in a single session.

A simple, but effective cardio workout, the essential skipping rope is designed to raise your heart rate, challenge you and keep you strong and agile.
